$6800.00 for a MacPro? Oh your talkin desktop right? If so I configure one for about $16,000,00. I was shocked that you could put so much stuff inside this machine. WOW

Here's a pretty thorough review of the Mac Pro. Apparently you can't even build your own comparable system for the price of the Mac Pro. Intel must be selling those Xeons at pretty slim margins to Apple...

The memory is easily upgradeable via the side panel, and the hard drives now slide into a "carrier" as well. takes about 10 seconds to upgrade either.
