Good to hear you're finally getting them bro. You've been through way too much, you'll love the headlights, my cousin ordered them from him (about a month or two ago) and they look great, especially with the DDE's . He got them very quickly though, around 5 days. Did they happen to reimburse you? That's the least they could do.

I'm excited about the way they look, especially with the DDEs... I'm just worried about whether or not they're good quality, if they'll actually work, etc... According to the FedEx site, they've been picked up, so I guess we'll find out soon. DId your cousin have any quality issues? They ended up dealing with my mom, because it's her credit card. She's in New York on business and I havent had a chance to talk to her in depth about it. It's my understanding that we payed for the lights but they payed for the 2nd day shipping.... Still not enough to make up for what they did, IMO, but w/e...

Well this is the second serious complaint against Umnitza. If one day I will need those sort of products, I know where NOT to go. Thanks for sharing the experience - we learn best from other's mistakes.

Yeah, they are of very good quality, they almost look OEM. If they made them for an X5, I would have gotten them, but I had to go through the trouble of retro-fiiting OEM Xenons.

Hi Joel,

(Shakes head @ vendor) It really is amazing that the vendor could treat you as you've hinted in the email....... your money is every bit as good an older person.

Slow/slack/terrible/arrogant/careless (list continues on.....) sales people are unfortunately not limited to this company. Mail order is usually 'out of sight, out of mind'.

Vengeance against them will not make it any better for you, and they will likely continue their methods anyway.

On the brighter side, all you have lost so far is TIME, whilst gaining an experience that you may be able to prevent NEXT TIME.

Hope you like the lights.......

I want to know as well.

For a few reasons, and plus I'm just like CJ, but a year older.
