Hi Joel,
(Shakes head @ vendor) It really is amazing that the vendor could treat you as you've hinted in the email....... your money is every bit as good an older person. Slow/slack/terrible/arrogant/careless (list continues on.....) sales people are unfortunately not limited to this company. Mail order is usually 'out of sight, out of mind'. Vengeance against them will not make it any better for you, and they will likely continue their methods anyway. On the brighter side, all you have lost so far is TIME, whilst gaining an experience that you may be able to prevent NEXT TIME. Hope you like the lights.......
