Why Do People Shop At Nordstrom's?
I'll tell you why:
#1 CEO Buy's a pair of shoes in San Francisco #2 Rides the train all the way home 45 min away from San Francisco #3 In the car on the way home from the from the train station she discovers they gave her the wrong shoes #4 CEO call's Nordstroms to explain the problem #5 Nordstroms Rep just left dropping off the correct shoes, apologizes and ask the CEO to call if she needed further Assistance. That my friends is what they call customer service and the reason why people shop at Nordstroms
