LOL plenty of people I know own them and I've driven them, their not that great at all, you cannot park them, their not that good offroad, the interior plastics look like something out of Rubbermaid and they will kill anything they hit, their total vanity cars end of story

If you want a car that is really good at offroading its not an H2, a Land Cruiser will kick its ass anyday and its a much more useful car

a land cruiser despite its name is too top heavy and depending on the off roading you want will flip plus just because they make a commercial for it going off road doesnt mean they do well. plus you can say a range rover is good too i've seen the tests they put them through in the learn to drive one lesson you get when you pick up in UK so learn something about life application and um just fluff thank you have a nice day

my pleasure. as for H2 they look so so in my opinion but thats because I'm in love with the original H1 saw one of those babies at the NYC car show and you had to pry me off with a crowbar that thing is sweet. not sure how it would do rock climbing off road but the huge wheels in mud and sand i'm sure are awesome

If you want something for off-road, I would recommend the new Land Rover LR3.

My bro had his Escalade stolen so he rented a H2 for a couple weeks. I drove it and here are my impresions:

Interior space: although the car is huge, when I sat in it, i didn't have much more wiggle and comfort room than my X5. Storage with the extra tire inside was also limited. Back seats were huge though.

Because of alot of the design elements, a lot of the view is obstructed when you drive because of some weird things that stick out on the vehicle.

It drives like a four cylinder Toyota Camry. No really. It has no "go" and it tkaes up a lot of lane space. Not good if you drive tight roads or park in small areas. Brakes like a pig.

Inside feels cheap.

People and other cars do get out of it's way, especailly when it's a speed yellow color. (I called it the school bus.)

-- I am overall, not a fan.. I wanted to like it but could not. I felt it was obnixous just for the sake of being obnixous. The huge size did not beneift in utility space or comfort.

B

btw, my bro is replacing his Escalade with a Supercharged Range Rover.. Now that's a vehicle !!! I call it the X7 because it really was designed by BMW.

All suvs are top heavy get a friggin clue (BMW X5), The Lr3 would be way more top heavy then the Land Cruiser, its a proven vehicle , they use them throughout the world because they are just that good, the H2 is a vanity car, nuff said The RR would be a good offroader with the air suspension but the Land Cruiser will run right with it because both from what I know have mutiple locking differentials and a height control air suspension

yes they are all top heavy but small wheels and big chassy dont help take a physics class might help understanding some stuff instead of regurgitating what a magazine ad said. H2 probably not the best off roader vs say a jeep but depends on off roading you want to do and FYI Hummer was designed for sand and mud and water (the H1) the H2 is more of a vanity vehicle but then again your RR is probably to make up for the lack of a manhood so I wouldn't be talking if i were you
