Yes, but that is much more expensive per minute. If you want one of their regular plans, you must sign a contract for at least a year.

Hey Eric
actually with sprint you can pay an additional $10 per month on top of your plan and you go month by month without having to be under contract. you have to ask for this and they will do it for you, they don't really advertise that.

Eric i have already done it in the past with Nextel and others. In fact the phone i have now which is Verizon was offered to me contract free but I would have had to pay full price and i was a new customer.

Please show me on the link i provided where it says "phone upgrades after your initial contract is up".
