OktoberFAST Stowe/VT (Oct/2006)

I figured some of you might be interested in a few pictures I took during OktoberFAST last October. The event is organized by the BMW CCA VT chapter and usually consists of a 160mile drive the day before the show'n-shine . The Show'n-Shine took place on the same grounds as the annual Stowe Arts Festival (which attracts 5000 visitor each day).
As you can see the weather was great and the drive was fantastic. I was the only X5 on the drive , but I figured the M3/M5 may appreciate a tow truck coming along

Maybe this year we can get a few more X5's to attend ....

And, your usual fine gallery presentation....I'm envious of
your skills.

Good idea that your local chapter actually does an "Oct'Fest"
gig in Oct., when there is some color and Fall is in the air.

I've always wondered why the National "October" Fest is held
in some odd month, eg September this year, or in some locale
that has no chance of any Fall feeling...
