I've been very supportive of this site, and this site has been very supportive of me...

This morning, my grandmother passed away at UCSF medical center after having been in out of the hospital for a month and a half.

She had been diagnosed with stage three lung cancer the year before, and had persistent pneumonia ever since January 2, 2007, because of a fall which broke her left leg.

This had been a very difficult and trying time for my family...seeing my mom in pain was a lot worst than realizing my grandmother will no longer be here...

I want to take this opportunity to say that I won't be able to be on this board as often as I have been (a happy thing for some...)...so you don't have to worry about my being absent...

...and I wanted to thank all of you guys for keeping me entertained, for cheering me up with all the interesting stories you had, and for being my friends
