my operating motto, in all circumstances is simple:

say what you want to or about me. do not, under any circumstances, come near my wife or my children.

And, by the way, what they were laughing at was him dressing like a woman, and they were feeling compassion towards his son.

Don't, under any circumstances, offer me advice on how to raise my kids.

Way to step out of line, I'm not even religious so wouldn't bring your precious Bible into anything. There is no evidence, CONCRETE, or otherwise that says it doesn't cause an impact. If you can honestly say that you don't think a sons dad, changing to second mom when he is 13 then you have some seriously jaded views of society. I feel sorry for this child that it is even something he has to discuss. Life is hard enough with out that issue being in it. This is just one further step in society of accepting things for the sake of accepting them.

BS. .....others mis-fortune....whatever. This is a choice this guy is making plain and simple IMO. He has decided that the impact of staying, ah, his gender is harsher then the impact it will have on a 13 year old boy. Good luck to the kid is all I have to say.

Sorry, side note from The Breakfast Club: I don't know any Lepers either, but I don't want to run out and join one of their clubs.

The kind of ASSumption that a person has to meet the individual to have a concept of them is rediculous. It is the same crap I heard people tell me about kids: "oh you don't have one so you can't know how to handle them" (yes, somebody actually said that to me).
