gotta love the concierge
was running late for work, and had to stop at the bank... long days at the office, and I keep forgetting to call or go online to order tickets for a show i want to go see tomorrow night.

concierge to the rescue. called them, and had tickets ordered within 10 minutes... all the while i was at the bank teller and driving to work... love technology...!
