Just saw this....nice new Palm tree. Definitely better than your old crib in the OC. So you got rid of your cannibis plants?

Thanks. No kidding right . My lot was < 4,000 sq.ft. in OC, my lot here is 10,000 sq.ft. Zema barely had room to poop in my OC yard . Pictures of the old OC backyard below. Look familiar?

Dang, forgot how small it was...Well, almost finished with my first 10,000 sq. ft of land for landscaping....but I got another lower level of land about 10,000 sq. feet and not sure what to do. Maybe plant some fruit trees? One of my neighbors did that and put in a putting green. I could put in a tennis court or a pool, but I rather invest my money on something else like the new Roth 401K plan that we have. The way things are going, I am sure the tax brackets will only go up.

Palm trees don't survive our winters up on the mountains. I lost 3 earlier this year.
