all I am trying to say is that imo...the MDX should not be compared to the X5. I test drove the MDX prior to buying the X5 and I was very very impressed...but once I got inside the X5, the MDX instantly wasnt a consideration. The X5 is far more elegant than the MDX. To me, the MDX looks cheap.

NOW, this is strictly my opinion and everyone has one.

BTW- I have never owned a BMW prior to this, so I would say that my observations were not biased toward BMW.
