I thought those start oil circulation before engine start-up. Im not suggesting that he should rely on just that. When I go to college my prelude sits. After a couple months when I come back, before I start the car I pull the ECU fuse. This way, it wont dump fuel and/or start. With the ECU fuse out, the oil pump still operates when the engine turns over, so it gets the oil going. Then i put the fuse back in, and I'm good to go. |
