I guess one can never have enough toys with their multi-media BMWs!!

Also, check out the bottom pic---Yes, it is a M5 with a TWIN-TURBO V10 engine!!

Of course, why should the E60 only get the M5 engine, why not the E90? Well, if the shoe fits....

Well, Dinan has a plan for adding more power to the E60 M5 V10 engine--hmmm, just make it bigger!!

Also, check out their race car.

Okay, I just don't understand how someone could get Bimmerfest confused with Lambofest or whatever

Well, here is a classic Lambo from the past--funny thing is that a stock E46 M3 would probably out run it today...

Also, again, check how I snuck in a X5 pic again!

Okay, we know how controversal the E65 7-series was when it came out--well, here is someone who made it more conversational (now, I don't know if that is a good thing or not) You be the judge!!

Well, all in all, I had a great time. Granted, the Bimmerfest is not as personal as one of our X5/X3 World Meets, but nevertheless, still fun. Anyone who is as passionate about BMWs as we are would enjoy the festivities and fun that Bimmerfest offers.

I would recommend you attend it at least once. Santa Barbara is a great place to hang out and vacation.

Bimmerfest has come a long way since the first time I went in 2001 and being the only X5 there. Now you definitely see all types of BMWs and all shapes and form.

Enjoy the pics.

Thanks, Charles, for being our roving photographer to all the big Bimmer happenings. We can always count on you to capture the moment!

It's interesting that you've picked out what I'm sure are the more unusual and possibly unique carst at the meet, including the painter's tape car, the pink LV e36, and the ghettolicious lavendar 745LI. Has it gotten to the point where all the modded M's are starting to look the same?

Or are you just torturing us? The pink and lavendar cars are the most hideous modded Bimmers I've seen ever. That's like visual S&M.

A Z4 Carbon is #1 on my post-retirement car list. TC Kline did a nice job with this vehicle.
