Everyone has heard of these in the past and yes they were started as chain letters but it was getting attention on the Chicago news tonight which leads me to believe it's bigger than just a chain letter.

If its on the nightly news, how is it not bigger than a chain letter? I cant recall a time when I have seen chain letter topic on the news. So yes I believe that the "Fact" it made the news makes it bigger than a chain letter or some email spam.

Again, see first post where I said I didn't think it would work.

1) That last question was rhetorical and in no way needed an answer.


2) I am continually baffled by your reaction to this post. To say the least 90% of the posts which I have seen of yours have been contradictory to the original poster or someone who has posted an opinion on the topic. Could it be that you found nothing to disagree with in my post being that I clearly started I didn’t think it would work? But magically you still find someway to play the devils advocate.

3) I'm glad you found so many articles and quotes to support my earlier suspicions.

4) You don't need to comment on every post. I'd look into something similar to AA for message boards which might be able to help you contain your urge to post.
