Intro to Leopard, now should I wait till Oct 2007?

Okay, Steve Job, he basically laid it on the line about Leopard. So, if I build my super duper Mac Pro, should I wait till Leopard in 10/07 to order my Mac or just get one in the next month or so?

BTW, why would Windows user want to use Safari? Just curious?
