Blue Mountain Raider is on a distinguished road
anyone using full spectrum light bulbs?
i just read about it and supposedly its good for our eyes and plants because it mimics sunlight. i want to get some but would like some opinions from people that are using it. i want to make sure it's not just some marketing gimick. thanks.

I have used them before and they are very nice for reading lamps personally i use a lot of non incandacent bulbs to decrease on energy bills but I always use full spectrum bulbs in my reading lamp
