I don't have the heart to go look at her again. I'm looking out the window at the rear and she's sitting all crooked. Axle is bent or something.

Sorry to see this L. Doesn't help much to have us say "whew glad you're OK" as I know how you feel. You'll need to stop looking at it, it'll just keep upsetting you. On the brighter side, now you get to choose a brand new bimmer!

Wow! I'm glad mine is a garage queen. We headed out for Thai food last night and the heavens opened on the Interstate. I was glad to be in the X5. It's so poised in rough weather compared to my old 3 series. On the way back, we saw that an eighteen-wheeler had totally flipped around on the opposite side. We wouldn't have won a battle with it.

I'm glad you're okay L. Best of luck finding something to replace your X5 with before you sink into the X6. I agree that you should wait at least a year before buying one to let them get out the gremlins. A buddy bought an E39 M5 when they first came out and regretted it. Maybe Grandma is looking out for you there too

Wow, that's a shame.

I'm very glad that you're still A-OK.

I'm glad I'm OK too. It un-nerves me to think about the difference 5 minutes may have made.

The same exact thing happened to cmygirldenise two weeks ago. She was out running errands, stopped at the house for a minute and while she was upstairs someone blew a stop sign and hit her in the same fashion and flipped over. She and I were laughing that if it was my car, I'd be on the floor requiring mouth to mouth from NYs Bravest.

I have to laugh. What am I going to do? It's a car. That's what insurance is for.
No one got hurt.
