Never use it. I have only used the laser cruise control that we have on the Sienna once just to try it out. It works as advertised and I still don't use it!

I use cruise regularly - I really like it. I wish our X's had adaptive cruise like some other newer vehicles - I think that's a great idea and am anxious to try it out. Don't the newer 5's & 7's have that? I wonder if it can be retrofitted? Hmmm...

I use it whenever I want to make sure I keep a certain speed places where there are usually cops. Usually set it to 69 or so and cruise on open freeways.
(Just got two tickets, so can't get another)... And like someone else mentioned - when I'm stoned, I need to make sure I don't drift down to 40 mph in the fast lane.
