oh I thought she broke the window when she was outside of the car, but in any case it's a woman and he's man, you'd think he would be able to subdue her without using of a stun gun.

Hey alexz, have you ever tried to subdue a violent woman (or man)? It isn't always easy, especially if you are trying not to seriously injure them. I have done this many times, and you really have to know specific techniques. Even then, it is much better if you have help.

I have also been Tased...it isn't fun. If someone is so out of control that they don't settle down after the first shock, they are completely nuts.

Lastly, the "voltage" issue is a red herring. It is the number of Joules that is important, not the voltage. A cardiac defibrillator puts out 200-360 Joules to jump start a heart; a Taser puts out 0.1 J. Nowhere near enough to cause cardiac damage.
