There are ups, and downs. I looked at Porsche's US/Canadian price differentials, and decided not to further consider a Porsche a few years back. IMO that is the most effective control, voting with your feet as you walk or run away from a deal. Porsche isn't responding to the lawsuit, they are responding to dropping sales.
