Those groups hold no political power in the North. They represent very small minorities. The "religious right" does indeed hold vast political power in certain parts of the South.

So America is just a step up from the rest of the nations you just named.

Believe it or not I don't want to bash Americans. I just think its a shame that the American Judicional System failed this man.

No they didn't kill him. Thank god. They just did the next best thing, locked him up for a while.

I know your President is an idiot I just didn't think it was that contagious. LOL

While our president is indeed an idiot, this particular issue has nothing to do with him and has to do with local politicians and the Judicial system in the state of Georgia.
