But with GM Supplier pricing, and an anticipated $35k on my trade in, I could be getting into a new Z06 (505HP) for under $30k.
So what are you waiting for? Is that what you want? Let's see, there was the Audi RS, the 335 coupe...

Pot = me
Kettle = you

i find the funniest part of your post is the word "another" before the 5 days in jail part

care to elaborate?

That being said, I'm waffling worse than John Kerry on this decision... it's killing me.

OT...R, Naw on my story; it's from '65, and it
was 5 nights, 6 days in the County Jail.
It was not fun. A few of the Gang have
heard it. I don't need to do a Proust
thing here,

So what color are you getting Ron? I think I want a Jetstream Blue w/a 2-tone ebony/titanium interior. I could also live with the Orange w/a 2-tone cashmere interior. At just a bit above $50K these days, I think it's more than a bargain and a half. Although I like the Z06, a lot, I think the standard 436hp coupe would be more than enough for me, and I'm dyin' to get one of those mild-2-wild switches for the NPP. Have you seen/heard those yet? Very cool stuff...

Hey buddy, that would be 31 more hp than your "old" Z16 and you could get into it for about $20K! So what are you waiting for???

Any ideas how I can make a quick $50k? I think I need one of these machines....

both of you are EVIL!

the last thing i need is more encouragement

my preference is a black/black Z06, 2nd choice is a machine silver z or z51vert.

I drove an NPP equipped coupe over the summer, it's friggin LOUD at WOT.

I'm with you, 436HP is more than enough, but vette coupes are so common now that there's nothing special about them, especially after "downgrading" from a Z... i know, i'm being a snob, but at the same time, i should be fiscally responsible and not get anything until the lease on my Trailblazer is up in 1/09.
