Order of events:

1. Israel & Hamas agree to cease-fire
2. Islamic Jihad is presured by Hamas to join the cease-fire and eventually agrees to join the cease-fire
3. Israel military attacks Islamic Jihad leaders in West Bank killing 2 of them
4. Islamic Jihad responds by firing rockets from Gaza into Israel, claiming Israel broke cease-fire agreement
5. Israel claims cease-fire agreement was only for Gaza, and thus it was the Palestineans who broke the cease-fire agreement

What a bunch of political BS. Obviously the only party here who stuck to the cease-fire ageement was Hamas.

Those making the truce were militants. There was no "round up" as part of the truce. Just the opposite, they were in negotiations to release approximately 1,000 Palestinean militants from Israeli prisons.

Sorry that you don't like that answer, but money is the cause of 99% of the wars on this planet. Religion, Terrorism, Communism, Zionism or any other "isms" is just the scapegoat to scare the public into supporting the war. Answer me who "these people" are, and I can better answer the question. If "these people" are the ones who are shooting the rockets into Israel, then the answer is "they are told to NEED and WANT violence". If "these people" are those making the decisions, then see my last post.
