Never knew what the hell that was for until i was riding my bike one day doing a little spirited riding back from the beach and i kept getting high beamed by all the other riders in the oncoming lane so i decided to slow down, as i was doing that i drove right by a police cruiser hiding in the field!!!!

So now i try to help out my fellow commuters unless of course their just asking for a ticket!

The only time that I ever flash someone is when they have their highbeams on and then by that time they are blinding me...but other than that I never flash anyone because of the old urban legend...flash someone who doesn't have their lights on and they then turn around and start flashing you...I guess you can say I am superstitious (sp)

Flashing is the only way to ensure some level of justice.

You cannot tell me that it's fair to get 3 demeret points and a $200 fine for speeding 30km/h over.

We are all too small to go against the system, so the least we can do is try to ensure the police makes less of a profit for petty "crimes" like these.

Plus I'm a Bulgar, where flashing is the only way. There many people simply cannot afford to pay the ticket even if they wanted to.
