I remember a few years ago reading about a guy who got a ticket for doing this. Don't know what law he was breaking

I only flash people when im drunk....oh wait we're talking about high beams Sometimes if they're not going too fast....if theyre doin like 60 in a 25 i let get a ticket

Wow! I didnt even know people did that in the US...EVERYONE does that here. Doesnt matter if youre going to fast or not. People just dont care for the "establishment" here...

And yes, I do flash...

I don't usually flash because people don't always know why you're flashing them... I don't want to risk starting road rage or something.
