The amount of illegal alien hispanics is dropping dramatically. But to conclude that Maricopa county's growth has anything to do with Sheriff Joe is quite a stretch. Maricopa county, including Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Glendale, Scottsdale, etc., have been among the fastest growing areas in the nation for the last decade.
