I like basically anything mixed with rum (I should have been a pirate) or vodka.
My staples are rum & Coke or cranberry & vodka. During the summer, you can't beat a frozen margarita. By the way, I picked up one of these frozen drink makers from Margaritaville and it is awesome! The top part has a blade that shaves the ice really fine and then it blends in with whatever drink you are making. I have to say that this thing shaves the ice to near restaurant style consistency. I highly recommend it if you like making frozen drinks at home. I have the small one and at $199 it is much cheaper and more convenient than the bigger commercial type machines. Those bigger machines are great for large parties though. I have rented them a few times.
