It will be worth in the long run. It always breaks my heart to tell someone bad news re: Lung CA. Even if you don't get lung CA, COPD (Chronic bronchitis and emphysema) is very debilitating. You can't track your car with an O2 tank in your back seat...

Well, I've done it. Last night was my last night smoking. This morning I woke up, broke all my cigarettes that I had left and flushed them down the toilet. I put the patch on and am going to give it my 100%. No cigarattes EVER again, not a puff, not a cheat, not a nothing !!
My Fiancee stopped smoking as well. We had set the date about a month ago, (Sept. 15) and here we go.
I have to say the patch really helps, but man, I miss my cigs.
However, I am excited to feel good again. Hopefully I haven't damaged my body too bad over the 16 years. I'm 31, so I ain't getting any younger. I figured I'd stop before some doctor tells me I have lung cancer.
