I usually set the cruise control at 64mph. All of our highway limits are 55 here, and they should be 65.

You can contest it by asking when was the last time the patrol car's speedometer was calibrated and certified.

Yep, that sounds like the way I'll have to go. I'm easing up on the gas pedal in the mean time. Seems like everywhere I look, troopers and local cops galore. In this economy, EVERYONE wants to put a hand in your pocket. New York, NJ, the MTA, the Port Authority, the airlines....even Santa Claus....
