No more excuses.........
back east so my walking routine has been stagnant at best. But guess what, No more excuses. My health insurance sent me an Invitation...... How about a free GYM membership starting January 2009? So i signed up today and will resume my previous training routine. Free weights, machines, the whole nine yards. This is going to hurt big time because I've been away from pumping iron for too long. Actually I can't wait to hit that treadmill but the rest of it is going to be brutal......... Somebody please save me from this eventuality.........

The owner of the dealer I work for has an 08 GT500 with the roush stage 3 blower on it. Add that to the various other mods, he has almost 900hp at the crank! THATS the car I'm really most interested to see at the track when he rents it for a sunday as a come and play day for the dealership employees.
