Thanks Jeff. Boating season always seems to end around Labor Day. Kids back to school and the whatnot. Think I'll leave the big boat in for a while though. Gives me a place that feels like a $500/night getaway for the few times I can go down for the night before it's hauled and blocked.

Hope all's well on your end too!
