Legal answer, you'd have to have it shipped to you. That is why most people don't buy cars out of state especially if it is from a dealer.
You could call your FL MVA/DMV and ask them what they'd suggest. If they could issue a transfer tag. If you wish to "test drive it" then you need to fly up to Mass and do it
