If you've been regular with oil changes using good quality oil, and used good quality fuel, there shouldn't be a need for any additives.

If for whatever reason you do need to: the best oil additive is AutoRx and Chevron Techron for fuel. bobistheoilguy.com is the main luburicant/fuel forum on teh interwebz, read around.
