I suffered from a pedal breaking earlier too, which made that trail interesting... now I gotta go to the bike shop and get some better pedals.... Oh well.

I do a fair amount of MTB but I'm always looking for new trails. I'm still stubbornly clinging onto a hardtail with a fairly decent but not great front fork. Weasel, your bike might be simple but it has a better fork than my Marin!
I feel like if I really want to get serious about it, I might spring for something over $1k next time and perhaps a full suspension. I really want to find a way to brush up my skills too. |

Raced a bit 20 years ago, but just into spirited riding now a days. Currently ride a Cannondale Synapse Carbon.
![]() Ultegra and Dura Ace components. Not a lot of manufacturers that produce a 63cm frame. On a side not, chile, missed you on RAGBRAI. Saved a boonie hat for you.

I am (was) a big CSC team fan, in particularly of Fabian Cancellara and this is what he rode on. I'm 6.3 and ~235lbs and this is one of the best climbing bikes I've ridden. Without the pedals, my bike is about 14lbs.......

I'm an early rider (5:30a.m. out of camp) and typically finish with my daily ride by 10/11a.m. ![]() Not much of a partier or spend too much time in any of the town. Getting into town ahead of the masses gives me top picks with CLEAN kybos, showers, food etc. I thought the weather was awesome this year.

Chile: I noticed the Wolf SL fork in this shot, below. Did you change it out as part of the Cervelo recall? Not sure if it is just an old photo.
