I would say if you have an iPhone/iTouch get the Apple Remote:
Apple - iTunes - Remote Then get the Airport Express Base Station with 802.11n and AirTunes: AirPort Express Base Station with 802.11n and AirTunes - Apple Store (U.S.) The AirPort Bases station hooks up to your stereo and you have the option in iTunes to send music to it. The Apple Remote uses WiFi and lets your browse iTunes on your computer. This would work for Windows or a Mac.
