I can't comment on the engine as I HATE driving it. The steering is so loose compared to the X, I hate the seats, seat position and everything about driving it. I know it's a torque monster but it just doesn't do it for me.

That seems to be the general consensus, in addition to going to stations that probably don't sell a lot of diesel. The first time it happened, he fueled up on his way to the PA house at some little station on 15, which isn't conducive to truck traffic so it probably doesn't get much traffic.
We (my brother and I) told him to go to stations that sell a lot of diesel in addition to selling the ULSD, and go to top tier stations and not the BS brands
