I'll be glad to put up some links of the more ethical and on-the-ball realtor sites around here...there are a few that list most of the better houses.
We got sucked in by the view, too, lol! But, Winter (Dec 1 through April 30th) is hell to pay up here at this elevation. For those lucky people further down the mtn, elevation-wise, it is more tolerable in winter, though warmer/hotter in the summer. I'll toss up some links later for your and anyone's view pleasure. Winter up here is why we are going south this winter after 4 solid years on the mtn, lol!

New macro picture
This was taken using the Digital macro, and the Vivid color setting. It's a close up of a Cape Honeysuckle flower in my backyard. Not too bad for a pocket sized point and shoot camera.
