Hmmm. I have been using the same 20 gB iPod since I bought my 2003 X5, first with the Dension Ice Link and then with the factory connection in my 535. Still on the original battery after 6 years. I haven't spent any other money with Apple, so they aren't getting rich off me. I find it hard to agree that they suck.
