Been in my head all week so here's my contribution.
This is a perfect example of what I mean when I say "this is what happens
whenever different parts get to form a whole by means of congruity, concord,
symetry, consistency, conformity, correspondence, agreement, accord, unity, consonance……."
Over 30 years old and still an unbelievable arrangement...

I will yet again resurrect this thread in the name of 7-string madness!
Two bands this time that treat their music as if it were a horror movie script.

This band actually has 3 full time guitarist

And this band is amazingly heavy, fast and precise! The drummer must have calves the size of tree trunks, really fast and consistent.

And I'll add a third clip to bring back sanity. This became one of my favorite bands since I posted the first video of them. Progressive jazz metal with amazing guitar player, amazing bassist, amazing drummer and definitely an amazing vocalist.

I can get into electronica/techno type stuff sometimes. Didn't listen to it for a few years after a certain ex of mine ruined it to me... The new dub stop stuff is interesting though.

Listening to the electronica blogs and hoping to finish the winter 2010-2011 driving mix tonight.

It's funny how music can act as an index for memories, isn't it?

If you have an interest in electronica somewhere between electro and dubstep, I'll recommend Skrillex for your listening pleasure. Dude is 22 or 23 years old, his 9-Track EP that he had two weeks to make charted 1-9 of the top ten on BeatPort, and he signed with Mau5trap a few months ago. I think that he's going to see big things ahead. Same feeling I had when I listened to Faxing Berlin by Deadmau5 in 2007.

Here's an old school Justice track, GREAT music video

And my favorite remix of that track....
