How many felons are in society today being productive citizens? We don't know the answer to that question, but we continue to bash one that we know has a good work ethic if nothing else. What Mike Vick did was 200 adjectives wrong. The man has served his time and paid his debt to society. His god will be the final judge of his actions and character. We don't have that right or power. Yes we have freedom of speech, so don't blast those that support the Mike Vick (comeback, turnaround, or whatever you want to call it) story.............Phil

I believe what Michael Vick did spoke loud and clear about Vick the man.
Apparently the justice system spoke loud and clear as well.
Is he the same man that he was then? I couldn't say. I can't see
inside the man to know his motive and intentions.

As far as tucker goes, the way he expressed his opinion says a lot about
him as well. So I guess one could say he ragged on himself....
Good job Tucker We know who you are!! Nuff said .......

No one suggested a man should be executed for killing a dog until Tucker said so, either. That was just a dumb ass statement by Tucker.

Like my crim. law professor said when answering one of my classmate's (stupid) question. The topic was death penalty for killing a police officer in the line of duty:

Student: Can you get the death penalty for killing a police dog?

Professor Tidwell: No. You can't get the death penalty for killing a damn dog. Ask another stupid question like that and I will flunk you OUT of this goddamn class!

You're missing the point. Someone takes time out to criticize Tucker's stupid statement but never displayed one iota of umbrage when it comes to a pretty outrageous case of animal cruelty?

Sounds hypocritical to me.

And that's all I got to say on it.

Maybe we can move on to Ezra Klein's even stupider statement of last week. Or do we only take offense at conservative stupid statements?

I think there was deserving criticizm leveled against Vick when it happened over two years ago.

We can talk about Ezra's statment if you'd like. Start a separate thread.
