Well... maybe, just maybe... he's right?
 As he stated, there were no passengers, he did not veer off into the other lane, there were no other cars on the road. Yes, he was speeding. But, heck, people do 128 on the autobahn every day (I know I did), and that's not called "reckless driving." The kid IS lucky to have had that judge, though. Juan
