BMW speedos are optimistic meaning that it shows higher than what it actually is.

jump on www.ticketassassins.com. They have some tips on how to fight the ticket if you do decide to fight it and I have had pretty good luck using them before.. now .. knock on wood, my tags have saved me multiple times.
