If that is the case, then my speedo would have been showing over 90mph instead of at or below 85mph. I personally think that the cop wrote the incorrect speed so that he could justify pulling me over and giving me the ticket. The speed of traffic was not much slower than what I was going. I've been reading that website and I'm definitely gonna register and pay for the shareware. If I have a 30% chance of beating the ticket, it's definitely worth a shot. And I can always request a second trial if the trial by written declaration doesn't go in my favor.
