You'd be surprised with the color of cars these guys have. Me being a current resident in Saudi arabia i've seen BMW's, Rang Rovers, Mercedes, and other high end cars colored in Matte Purple, Pink, Ugly Orange and so on! Extreme taste if you ask me!

Would I drive it hell yeh lol! Besides you could always change the color I'm sure I can snap some pix and upload them later on to the thread. Seeing is Believing!

I hear car wrap/foil business is big in middle east. You can always take it off.

It is actually and mainly in the Gulf Region. There's two ways either the wrapping or the Plasti dipping (I think that's what it's called). The dipping is cheaper to do running between $300-$400 for almost any color you want with warranty anywhere between 1 year - 10 years depending on who you go to and the product they use. The color comes off only by using a specific product or by polish

The wrapping is more expensive obviously cuz it takes more work to do. 3M wrapping is leading the market here and costs you about $800 but you can get a discount almost always ! All you need is someone that knows someone that knows another someone

You gotta love the Gulf for that lol! You could get the same 3M wrapping for as cheap as $500 with a 10 year warranty!

Now you know why there's so many weird colors here! it's not that expensive to do

On a side note, does wrapping protect the paint in the same fasion that the 3M protective film (clear bras) does from rock chips and such? Also, does it come off without leaving any evidence on the paint?

Yup that's what they claim and provide a warranty for that.
I havent done it before but people that have done it testify to that! :p

It can protect, if you use the thicker film. 3M has several lines of wrap films.

For one line of film, I read that it can be safely removed without leaving a mark for upto 4 years.

Very interesting. They make a color that is very similar to Laguna Seca Blue...May be worth looking into if it also protects the paint. I love my Silver Grey e46 M, but LSB was my first color choice.
