-Primarily Residential homes, units, & mixed-use (apartments with business suites), -Previous Design/Builder (5 years), -Community Liaison & Charity-work (non-profit obviously), -I wish I could build for charity more (Habitat, etc) as I was once contractor & foreman. The next 31 years should be at least as interesting as the first, as I'm starting to branch out into International real estate, specializing in the Caribbean, Mexico, Central & South America! Villas, beachfront condos, and tax benefits, it's a great field! So if any of you would like to write off your tropical trips & make money while doing it, invest where you love to travel. After college, I've been a web application developer for 8 years for a big corporation (not always a good thing, but surprisingly I have a lot of freedom). So let's hear it. I'm curious how many run your own businesses or work on Wall St.
