That's great! When I started playing they only had pistols with the mini CO2 cartridges in the grip. Now, the technology used on the paintball markers are so advanced.

When I first played on a team it was mostly woodsball tournaments. Now, its mostly airball/speedball with air inflated bunkers.

I'm sure there are more pballers out there but havent' seen this thread yet.

Tournament paintball has changed alot. Its been an international sport for a long time but really has been growing in Asia. Matter of fact in places like Indonesia, Malaysia, etc the GOVT sponsors/supports the tournaments. Check out the attached pic.
