Most Flash-based players are under 1GB. Very few that have larger capacities includes the iPOD Nano, which comes in 2GB and 4GB.

I just saw this now: http://www.iriveramerica.com/prod/ul...0/U10-1GB.aspx. Very cool. I have an IAudioX5 and am very happy with the brand's quality. Check the website, they have many flash-based players.
