Why would anyone use this stuff? All it does over the ATE 200 is dye everything it touches blue.

Been using it for over 15 yrs, yet to dye anything.

It stained my brake bleeder when my friend borrowed it. It's also known to stain your brake reservoir over time.

I'll take a look during my next fluid change (blue has been in for 2 yrs, amber/gold is going in).

Yeah, I would be surprised if it isn't discolored. Especially after long term use. May be hard to tell without another reservoir to compare to. Even after I cleaned my bleeder with the special, recommended alcohol, the tank and rubber hose were still discolored. I know that's not the end of the world, but to me if the color dyes everything and it is isn't any better than the type 200, I would rather not use it.
