I called the Media Relations dept. at Creative USA and talked to their VP who put me in touch with their RD&E dept. I hope I'll hear something after the Holiday on Monday early next week about some solution for the Zen.

Those douchebags have not yet let me converse with anyone who knows wtf I mean by interface for a Nav system.

I'm being a big pest to them in the meantime.
